This twice-monthly What I Wore post is fast becoming a quick-fire hit list of outfits, and I’m not mad about it!

I’ve mentioned this a lot, but it's a fact that surprises people whenever I explain that June/July is our busiest time- most years, busier than Christmas. Since this is the first Summer of my Substack (roll on August and the first anniversary of this newsletter, whoop!) I’m veeery much still scoping out how it all fits in alongside my Stalf day-to-day. For now, what’s working is posting these round ups every other week and prioritising a more in depth styling post for my paid subscribers once a week.

Personally, I love a very image-dense outfit round-up, love this kind of content from others I subscribe to, and use this type of article all the time for speedy inspo when I’m not sure what to wear.

Here’s what I’ve been wearing the last couple of weeks, meandering my way through rain, shine and everything in between. Let’s rewind back a couple of weeks to the 10th June…

Monday.

We started off really well- I think this was the first time I’ve forgotten to take a daily outfit shot for this article!

Moving swiftly on…

Tuesday.

Cast your minds back to before the heatwave. Double sweats (on this occasion Black Sweatpants, a year round essential for me, and Candy Floss Cardi.) I sandwiched some pink linen in between for good measure.

Wednesday.

The fleece cardi is still a staple through summer. This is the one I grab if I’m optimistic about the weather, but not quite ready to jump ship on the likely reality of what the day will bring. Also perfect for Camping or in the evenings on holiday.

Thursday.

I still maintain that the Gathered Flutter Dress in double gauze is the most comfy I own. Somehow lightweight and breezy but also snuggles you??

Friday.

It’s been a minute since I pulled on my heavyweight linen. But the Ice Cream is the original Stalf fabric and I will be forever obsessed. The colour of this sweatshirt is allllmost the same as our Blueberry double gauze and is gorgeous paired with Ice Cream Cocoons. I would recommend the Flutter Blouse.

Monday

I know posting this one will frustrate some of you. Whenever I share Spearmint anywhere I get an influx of pained readers who lament the fact that we don’t have it anymore- it’s a forever fave. You can get our current offering in this style here. For those of you who do own a slice of the pie, pair with brights!!

Tuesday

Ohhhhhh the Crinkle Cami Dress in Jasmine. What is there to say. I’ve said it all on the 1026747493 occasions I’ve already shared this dress with you. Love. It’s true love. Please don’t save for best. Please wear all year round. Paired here with the Candy Floss Cardi.

Wednesday

The Candy Checks are new to me and as such, I’ve not experimented with them too much. Imagine my delight when I paired this Simple Blouse with the Cocoons in Battenberg. Very good.

Thursday

Speaking of the Work Trousers… on the chillier summer days, reacquaint yourself with their comfy reliability and be soothed.

Paired with sandals because the feet should be free May-September.

Friday

Another fabric I’ll get hate mail over. We have no more Fluoro Citrus Check. I am sorry. It is sad, I agree. But I am a lucky one and I adore it with this perfectly pastel purple.
