The One Where I Hand the Reins Over to the Kids!

... since it's half term!

It’s a fairly short and snappy mail out from me this week since we’re well into half term. I asked my boys (Jude 6 and Valentine 4) to pick my outfits and share their thought process behind the selection.

Here’s the upshot:

Painter’s Blue Twill Dungas and my fiancé’s yellow shirt (vintage.)

What Vali said… “I picked these because they look like a minion outfit. The yellow is the minion’s body and the blue is like the dungarees they wear. All together, you look like a full minion.”

I wasn’t best pleased when my 4 year old cited “minions” as his main reference and inspiration, but you know what… I’m also not mad at the outcome. Safe to say I’d NEVER have picked these two, and it’s a true testament to how much I adore these dungas that I still felt good in this get up.
